User roles for Determination Anywhere

You'll need specific roles and permissions to use the Determination Anywhere (DA) modules within Enterprise Cloud.

Assign a role to an existing user

  1. Go to
    Tools
    Administration
    User & Roles
    screen.
  2. Search for the user, then select
    Edit
    .
  3. Select
    Standard access
    as the role type.
  4. For the selected company, select roles from the list. For example, to grant a user full control over content updates, select
    DA Tenant Administrator
    .
  5. Enter beginning and end dates.
  6. Mark the
    Cascading
checkbox if you need a similar role to inherit with child companies.
  7. Save the new user profile.

Change an existing user's roles

  1. Go to the
    User & Roles
    screen.
  2. Find the user in the list and select
    Edit
    .
  3. Add or remove roles in the Roles section. For example, you can change them from the
    DA Tenant Administrator
    role. Then add the
    DA Support User
role to change an administrator to a view-only user.
  4. Save the changes. The system immediately updates the user's permissions.

Definitions

These roles are assigned at the tenant level, and a Thomson Reuters administrator will need to set them up.
