Determination - Enterprise Cloud is a global solution supporting the proper calculation of tax for transactions subject to indirect taxes. It's integrated in existing business source systems, such as ecommerce, ERP, and point-of-sales systems.
Using Determination, you can:
  • Configure company and tax data to comply with your tax policy.
  • Model transaction data using the Model Scenario feature.
  • Calculate tax for transactions requiring a tax result.

Overview of the tax process

Your business source system integrates with Determination, which is configured to comply with your tax policy. When an invoice generates or a sale occurs, your business source system connects in real-time to Determination to calculate the tax for the transaction. After the tax calculates, Determination returns the tax results to your business source system.
