Find version of ERP system
Data File Integrator (2.0.x.x on premise)
Go to the IDT Cloud UI homepage, select Tools, Integration, Data File Integrator (DFI), and then the Administrator Settings page.
Data File Integrator (1.3.x.x on premise)
On the homepage, select About to find the version number.
Microsoft Dynamics AX
Go to General Ledger, Setup, Sales Tax, and then ONESOURCE IDT Tax Parameters.
Microsoft Dynamics D365
Go to Tax, Setup, Sales Tax, and then ONESOURCE IDT Tax Parameters.

Sign in to SAP Ariba, then go to Manage, Core Administration, Integration Manager, End Point Configuration, Search for Tax.

Go to and execute RFC_CALCULATE_TAXES_DOC in SE37 and find the version in structure O_EXT_CONTROL_DATA.
