Log Center access and setup
Log Center
provides a centralized interface for searching logs, exporting data, and managing logging configuration for supported systems.Log Center tile
You can access
Log Center
through a dedicated tile on the ONESOURCE dashboard. From the tile, you can open the Log Center
interface directly to perform log searches, export data, and manage logging configuration for supported systems.Turn on Log Center
Having access to the tile doesn't automatically turn on logging capabilities for Determination transactions.
To turn on logging for your environment:
- Contact your Thomson Reuters representative or the ONESOURCE Support team.
- Request logging for your tenant environment.
- The Thomson Reuters technical team will then complete the required configuration.
Supported transaction logs will begin to appear in
Log Center
and you'll access it through the dashboard tile.note
Log Center
access and logging activation are managed independently. Access to the tile gives access to Log Center, while log collection is turned on by the Thomson Reuters technical team. Additional configuration options will be introduced in future releases as capabilities expand.Configure logging settings
