Search logs in Log Center

Use
Log Center
 to search for specific log entries across supported ONESOURCE products. You can apply a combination of filters to isolate relevant transactions.
  1. Select the
    Log Center
     tile from the ONESOURCE dashboard.
  2. Select
    Search
     from the navigation panel.
  3. Select a
    Product
     from the list available to your user account.
  4. Select a
    Product Line
     associated with the selected product.
  5. Select the
    Company
     associated with the log data, then specify your date range.
    note
    • The
      Company
       and date range filters are required. You need to select both for the
      Search
       button to become available.
    • The
      Log Center
       supports searching log data within a limited time window for performance optimization.
  6. You can apply any additional filters to narrow your results:
    • Company ID
    • Transaction identifiers
    • Product-specific attributes
  7. Select
    Search
     to retrieve your results.
Log Center
 displays your results in a paginated table, where each row represents a log entry generated by the system. Select an individual record to review its full details.
