Add classified products to standard mapping

Map classified products from the Saved Classified Products grid to Standard Mapping individually or in bulk.
  1. Select
    Actions
    Add to Standard Mapping
    .
    The system checks that every selected product has a Product Code. If products are missing a Product Code, a warning message shows the number of affected records, for example “1 product record doesn't have a Product Code.” Edit those records and add a
    Product Code
     or clear the checkbox those products.
  2. If the warning message appears, resolve missing Product Codes by doing one of the following:
    • Select
      Edit
      , then add a Product Code to the records.
    • Deselect the affected products.
  3. If you resolved missing Product Codes, select
    Actions
    Add to Standard Mapping
     again to re-run validation.
  4. Select a U.S. merchant company from the
    Company
     dropdown on the
    Mapping classified products
     window.
    The system fills in the
    Product and Services Mapping Group
     automatically with the default group for that company. You can change the group using the dropdown.
  5. Enter a
    Start Date
     and
    End Date
    .
  6. Review the confirmation sentence displayed in the window: “Selected products will be mapped to [Company Name] with group [Group Name].”
  7. Select
    CONFIRM
     to map all selected products, or select
    CANCEL
     to close the window without mapping any products.
    A notification verifies the result. For example: “3 classified products mapped to the selected Standard Mapping successfully.” You can view mapped products on the
    Standard Mapping
     screen. The system retains mapped data on the
    Product Classification
     tab and doesn't delete it after mapping.
