Determination Anywhere 2026.04 second patch release notes

Calc Call History Update Failure in OCI (5605343)
An issue introduced in the 2026.02 release prevented Calc Call History data synchronized from the DA client to the DA Mothership from being recorded in the Thomson Reuters database in OCI hosted UAT and Production environments. Calc Call History provides high-level transaction metrics used for operational reporting, including invoice volumes and audit status tracking.
This issue did not impact transaction data used by Reports & Analytics or any data residency processes. The problem has been resolved in this release, and Calc Call History data is now recorded successfully.
