The ONESOURCE Determination Anywhere 2024.2 release includes new features such as Streaming for Configuration Data Sync and APM Generalization.

Streaming for Configuration Data Sync (943770)
The sync of configuration data created from the
Enterprise Cloud UI
, that is synced to DA clients, can now follow a streaming mechanism. This new process is an alternative to the SDI mechanism that was being used. Either one or the other can work at a time, therefore, the enablement of these are based on configuration settings that a DA implementer needs to be aware of.
note
Streaming will not be the default setting for this release. SDI will still be the default unless switched to streaming. Also note that for the initial data sync, or for larger volume data sync, SDI is the preferred mechanism; and for subsequent changes, which are smaller increments, streaming can be used.
APM Generalization (1026343)
APM
 - Application Performance Monitoring - is an important component for DA relied on to monitor customer's environments. The APM configurations used to be externalized in the application which made it harder for implementer to manage each customer who could use different APMs. Support has been added in this release to enable APM metrics captured for the different APM providers, viz Datadog, Dynatrace, & New Relic.
Datadog JMX & Tomcat Integration (995011)
With this release, Datadog JMX and Tomcat Integration are enabled which should help the DA implementer or management resources to collect, visualize, and alert on key Tomcat metrics including latency, rejected connections, HTTP status codes, connect counts, slow response times.
Semantic Versioning for Release Images (1026331)
The DA release image versions are standardized starting with this release. This allows the implementer to view and track the information on version release of the image files, enabling better management of the version to deploy.
