Implementation - Changing UUIDs Enable standard content update (1786881)
Description - This release addresses an issue with UUID generation for product categories in the Oracle environment. The fix ensures that existing UUIDs are preserved for standard content while allowing new UUIDs to be generated for null values.
Key Changes:
  1. Modified UUID generation logic in the import/export process:
    1. Existing non-null UUIDs are now preserved from the source file.
    2. New UUIDs are only generated for null values.
  2. Resolved mismatch between source content and target database UUIDs for standard content.
  3. Improved handling of custom vs. standard data in the UUID generation process.
