Legacy hosted (Original Cloud) Customers
- Support end date for Legacy hosted customers.
- Customer support for Determination Original and related applications will end on July 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM ET.At that time:
- Tax Calculation requests will be turned off. If you make a tax call, it will cause a denial-of-service error from the Thomson Reuters' network.
- User-interface access to Determination will no longer be available.
- Reporting access will continue through August 31, 2026.
- Tax calculation status after the end-of-service date.
- UI login availability after the end-of-service date.
- User-interface access to Determination won’t be available after July 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM ET. Reporting access will continue through August 31, 2026.

- Customers will still have access tAll tax calculation calls will fail after the end-of-service-date. On July 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM ET, tax calculation requests will be turned off. On-premise Customers
- End of life meaning for on-premise customers.
- Effective July 1, 2026, Determination Original will no longer be fit for purpose. Thomson Reuters will no longer provide application updates, patches, technical support, or content updates after this date. Your existing on-premise installation may continue to run, but without updates it can't be relied on for accurate, compliant tax determination. Continued use beyond the end of life is at the customer's own risk.

- On-premise customers are responsible for their own installation and won’t be shut off on July 1. Your application license may expire at the end of life and will no longer be fit for purpose. Your license terms won’t cover continued use after the end of life. Consult your Account Manager for guidance.noteUnlike Legacy hosted customers, on-premise customers are not subject to a network-level shutdown on July 1. Thomson Reuters strongly encourages customers to finalize migration plans to avoid an unsupported platform.
