Issues with Third-Party Software Upgrade and Suggestwed Workaround (1322395,1322937,1320756)
After upgrading a third-party software to the latest supported version, we are noticing the following known issues intermittently. These issues are not occurring in all environments and to all users. We will resolve the issues in an upcoming release.
  1. Users might observe Dashboard Visualization icons missing for table and cross tab sporadically.
    note
    This has no impact on the functionality or behavior of the application. The Crosstab and Table options are selectable and behave as expected.
  2. Users might receive an error message sporadically when opening their shared or private reports in edit view.
    note
    This has no impact on the functionality or behavior of the application. We advise users to close this window and to continue their Reporting operations.
  3. Users might receive an error message sporadically when saving the Standard reports after edit.
    note
    This has no impact on the functionality or behavior of the application. We advise users to close this window and continue their Reporting operations.
  4. The XLS format of Excel isn't supported with the latest version of the third-party software upgrade, and we're working on resolving this issue. As a workaround, kindly use the
    XLSX format
     of Excel.
