Release highlights

ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Reports and Analytics version 2025.11 introduces the following enhancements:
  • New
    Application Event History configuration

Enhancements

The following topics describe the new features added to this release:
‘Application Event History’ report added (4296011,4311961,4311935,4296030,4463822,4550771,4295947,4437236)
A new "Application Event History" report is now available in the Configuration Reports section of Reports & Analytics. It offers detailed insights into your configuration changes within the Determination application. To access this feature, request activation from support. Dynamic date range operators are currently unsupported but will be added in future releases.

New columns added to ‘ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Sales and Use Extract’ report (4296804,4440085)
The 'Accrued Amount Sum –Tax' and 'Accrued Amount Rounded Sum -Tax' columns were added to the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Sales and Use Extract report (available in Edit mode only), showing unrounded and rounded accrued amounts based on the buyer's accrual method from Determination.
  • New columns added:
    Users can now add new columns of 'Accrued Amount Sum –Tax' and 'Accrued Amount Rounded Sum -Tax' to the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Sales and Use Extract report (available under Measures) in Edit mode.
  • Existing saved reports:
    Users with existing saved reports who wish to include these new columns will need to use a new template and add these fields as columns to access the latest information. As a best practice, we recommend using a new template, as all future updates will be applied to it.

New columns added to Custom Reports (4296539,4296947,4296951,4297299,4359227,4352583,4312103,4352577,4352581)
The Custom Report and Custom Report – Additional fields reports now include additional columns:
  • Tax Amount Per Unit
  • Unrounded Tax Amount Per Unit
  • Authority Tax Amount Per Unit
  • Unrounded Authority Tax Amount Per Unit
  • GPG MAPPED COMMODITY CODE
  • New columns added:
    You are now able to add these new columns to the Custom Report and Custom Report – Additional fields reports. To add these new fields, place the report into Edit mode and customize the view by incorporating them as columns or filters.
  • Existing saved reports:
    If you have an existing saved Custom Report or Custom Report – Additional fields report, to include these new columns you will need to use a new template and add the fields as columns. We recommend using a new template, as all future updates will be applied to it.

ERP Document Reconciliation report now available for all customers (4359070,4358972,4352918,4355410,4355401)
The ERP Reconciliation feature is now generally available to all customers. This feature allows you to compare the Audited Transactions against the imported General Ledger (GL) data from ERPs (such as SAP and Oracle). This capability depends on integrations with Determination, and those integrations capable of transmitting data from the source system can leverage the new reports provided in this release.
  • ERP Reconciliation Batch Status report:
    The ERP Recon Batch Status report allows you to monitor the status of your Batch UUIDs, providing visibility into the ERP Recon data as it arrives within Reports & Analytics.
  • ERP Document Reconciliation report:
    The ERP Document Reconciliation report enables the reconciliation process of ERP data. This report enables you to reconcile payables, receivables, and transaction data from the General Ledger.

Tenant Trust Relationship/Switch Account functionality support extended in Reports (4294997,4311966,4326855)
Users can now access Reports & Analytics after they follow steps for Switch Account functionality (parent tenant users switching into specified child tenants using a single set of login credentials). For more details on this feature please refer to the Tenant Trust Relationship topic in the Determination 2025.06 release notes..
  • Action required:
    Please clear your browser cookies after this release to avoid Application Initialization errors when switching between user IDs due to Client Manager updates.
Addition of attributes to Reporting Transaction Extract API and Metadata API (4296369,4312037)
The NGRA Transaction Extract and Metadata API currently include attributes 1–50 at both the Invoice level and Invoice Line level. We are expanding this by adding additional Invoice and Invoice Line level attributes, ranging from 51–200.
Infrastructure enhancements for ETL processes (4357917)
The following infrastructure enhancements were made to ETL processes:
  • Enhancements to infrastructure and code have been implemented to increase the number of transactions processed per ETL batch.
  • Implementation of code modifications for automated duplicate data cleanup.
  • Establishment of an audit table to record the most recent processed date for each tenant.
