Application Event History configuration report
The
ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination – Application Event History
report provides comprehensive visibility into configuration events and changes across entities within the NGRA system.The report is available in the Configuration Reports section of Reports & Analytics and tracks user actions and system modifications for audit and compliance purposes.

Access Control:
Only Users with the Report Admin
role can view this report.note
To view all configuration events made by users for all companies in the tenant, the
Reporting User
role must be assigned.Available Options:

Mandatory parameters
- Start Date –Date picker in MM/DD/YYYY format. Required field that can't be later than the End Date.
- End Date –Date picker in MM/DD/YYYY format. Required field that can't be later than the End Date.
- Companies –Multi-select withSelect All,Deselect All, andNoneoptions. Grants selection from the available company list representing companies within the tenant that the admin user has access to.
- Users –Multi-select withSelect All,Deselect All, andNoneoptions. Grants selection from the available users list representing all users for the tenant.
- Entities –Multi-select withSelect All,Deselect All, andNoneoptions. Grants selection from the available entities list (such as TransEditor or TransEditor Group) representing all configuration tables.

Report header section
The generated report includes the following header information:
- Run Date –FormatMM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS AM/PM.
- Selected Filters –Displays selected Companies, Entities, Event Sources, and Users.
- Start Date –FormatDD-MMM-YYYY.
- End Date –FormatDD-MMM-YYYY.
Report body columns
The report body displays configuration events with the following columns, in this order:
- Date –FormatDD-MMM-YYYYshowing the event occurrence date.
- Time –FormatHH:MM:SS AM/PMshowing the event occurrence time.
- Company Name
- Username –The user who performed the action.
- Code Category –For example,CONFIGURATION.
- Event Type –For example,SDI_IMPORT,SDI_EXPORT,GENERIC_CHANGE.
- Event Source –For example,UI.
- Entity Name –The entity on which the action was performed (for example,TransEditor).
- Record Identifier –ID column.
- Action performed –For example,CREATED,DELETED, andUPDATED.
- Property name –The property on which the action was performed, withChanged From(previous value) andChanged To(new value).
The report is ordered by descending
Event Update Time
and then by Entity
.
