SSL Certificates for Enterprise Cloud (EC) and Original
SSL certificates installed in UAT and PROD environments in the AMERs and EMEA regions are being renewed in January 2026.New certificates are required to be installed. Although some systems will automatically download these certificates, in some cases, manual installation may be required. If your system requires manual installation of SSL certificates (common for SAP and Oracle integrations), download and install the 2026 certificates for each environment before the install dates.
Important: Root CA Update
- You must ensure that the required Root certificates are installed on your system in their trust storesbeforethe SSL certificate updates are installed.
- Thomson Reuters requires installing the Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46 (Modern) along with the intermediate Sectigo Public Server Authentication CA OV R40 before installing the new SSL certificate.
- If you are unable to use these Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46 (Modern) certificates, you must instead have the USERTrust RSA Certification Authority (Legacy) root certificate in your trust store to maintain compatibility.

You must install the new certificates on or before the installation date. Don't remove the existing certificate until after the installation date. Keep both certificates in your store during the transition.
