Before importing, you must have created your CSV file.
  1. Go to
    Tools
    ,
    Administration
    , and then
    Export and Import
    .
  2. Select
    Import
    .
  3. Browse to your CSV file, and then select
    Next
    .
  4. Select the company, complete additional fields, and then
    Import
    .
