  1. Go to
    Tools

    Export and Import
    .
  2. Select
    Import
    .
  3. Browse to your file, and then select
    Next
    .
  4. Select the destination company and, if applicable, the group, and then select
    Import
    .

    If you're importing multiple files, import each file one at a time.
