This article applies to:

Add, edit, copy, or rename TransEditor groups

To add a TransEditor group:

Select Configuration
, Advanced Setup
, and then TransEditors
.

Select a company to view the list of TransEditors within the company.

Select the group name for the TransEditor group.

note

Every company has a default TransEditor group created. This group can't be deleted.

You can edit, duplicate, rename, and delete the TransEditor group from Actions
.

Select Add TransEditor Group
.

Select a company.

Enter a unique group name.

Enter the start and end dates. The end date isn't a required field.

Enter any comments about the TransEditor group.

Select Create
, and then Confirm
.

By default, every new TransEditor Group's in checked out state. Select Check In
if you're finished working with the TransEditor Group.

Select Add TransEditor
to add a TransEditor to the TransEditor group.
