The Documents page lets users view the list of all the documents processed within ONESOURCE E-Invoicing and review the submission status of each document. It displays the submission status for each document, which is continuously synchronized to reflect the most current information. Select
Refresh
to ensure that you are viewing the latest updates.The Documents grid has various features to enable ease of finding documents with filters and a search bar along with other actions to download submission logs and a synchronized export feature, which users can utilize to download and store document data offline for convenient access and archival purposes.
