Export document
The export feature on the documents page allows the grid of document details to be export to an offline file which can be used for any other analysis or audit purposes.
To access select the
Export
icon.This will export a csv extract of all documents in the grid (not just those viewable in the page) as a csv file to be saved locally with naming convention,
YYYY-MM-DD_ONESOURCE_E-Invoicing _documents
. The file will be appended by a number of its extracted more than once a day.
