ONESOURCE E-invoicing support for corrective invoice sub-document type

We’ve implemented an update concerning the invoicing process for users in Romania. Previously, users faced challenges with issuing corrective invoices because the system lacked a “corrective” sub-document type. This issue prevented customers from processing these corrections, as the OEI system didn’t support receiving corrective sub-doc types. Consequently, these invoices didn’t reach their intended recipients because they couldn’t be fetched from Pagero.
We identified and addressed the root cause of this issue, which was linked to an error in the system's handling of specific document types. The latest release includes a fix that ensures corrective invoices are now supported and can be properly processed and delivered. This update aims to streamline operations and improve the efficiency of invoice handling for users in Romania. We continue to make efforts to enhance the system to meet the needs of all users.

ONESOURCE E-invoicing support decimal places under line ID

The latest hotfix QA release has improved document processing capabilities by fully supporting line IDs with decimal values. This enhancement is particularly beneficial for businesses in the finance and accounting sectors that handle high-volume transactions. The update facilitates seamless integration of formatted data in reconciliation modules, streamlining workflows and minimizing the need for manual corrections. As a result, these improvements are expected to boost operational efficiency and data accuracy for users.
