Display AP business response status in Document Grid UI
Addition of system name and system type columns across platforms
- System Name and System Type Columns:
- New columns, "System Name" (for example, SAP, Oracle) and "System Type" (for example, ERP), have been added to the document and error grids. These columns are sortable and filterable, letting you easily organize and view data.
- The System Name is a free text field, while the System Type is a predefined data field with options such as Oracle, SAP, SAP Ariba, and Other.
- Both System Name and System Type are displayed in the process log, Filters, and export file providing comprehensive tracking and transparency
- Globalization/Language Support:
- Both columns are available in all supported languages, with the UI displaying translations based on the selected language.
- API Enhancements:
- The POST Document API now includes both System Name and System Type fields, mandatory for all document/sub-document types.
- These fields have been incorporated into ERP connectors, ensuring consistent data representation across platforms.
- Customer-Requested Features:
- The UI now reflects a split of the previous destination/source system into separate System Name and System Type columns, addressing specific customer requests for improved document processing insights.
