ONESOURCE Notifications
ONESOURCE Notifications are implemented to provide users with email alerts. Currently, this feature is primarily utilized for SII submissions, notifying users of any errors encountered during the submission process. In the future, we plan to expand the functionality of ONESOURCE notifications to encompass additional use cases.
ONESOURCE Notifications for SII Auto Submission Errors
We’ve added a new notification system for automated SII uploads in the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax platform. If an automated SII submission fails, the user gets an email to their registered email id.
The email informs the user about the failure and prompts them to log in to the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax platform to fix any errors.
Users will only receive 1 email per failed submission, regardless of the number of failures. The notification frequency matches the frequency set for automated SII uploads in the application. In the upcoming releases, we aim to make enhancements to the email content and give more visibility into the failed submissions from the notification itself.
Subscription to ONESOURCE Notifications
By default, this permission is enabled, which means that notifications are turned off.
To subscribe to notifications, users should deselect the
Disable Spanish SII Notifications
checkbox found at Administration
