Sweden Intrastat

The Intrastat filing format is now available for Sweden. The tax authority accepts Excel files using IDEP.WEB.

Download the Intrastat Output

  1. In ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Compliance, open the return.
  2. On the ribbon, select Save , then select
    Save to Excel
    from the menu.
  3. On the popup, select
    Listings
     >
    VC1 Intrastat
    . You can now upload the generated Excel file to IDEP.WEB.
  4. Follow the steps for submitting the Intrastat output as explained in the online document from the Statistics Sweden website: https://www.scb.se/contentassets/86544dbd13eb45ce9f02cac2a4cb1ad6/multiple-flows-excel-files-to-idep-pdf.pdf
