View errors

If your return has Failed connection, Failed Validation, or Failed Authentication e-filing status, the View Errors screen provides more information.

Launch the View Errors Screen

There are two ways to launch the View Errors Screen:
Method 1: From the
E-file
 menu within the return, select View Errors.
Method 2: From the E-Filing Wizard, select View Errors.
