Audit Edit Details
You can use the Audit Edit Details page to show an audit trail of all the edit actions you have performed. Any edits that were made appear here, regardless of where the edit originated.
- To open the Audit Edit Details page, selectTransactions>Audit Edit Detailsfrom the menu.
- When there are transactions that have been edited, you can search by date to find transactions you want to open. The default view shows edited transactions for the current day.
- Specify a date range. You can use Calendar
or enter dates in the From DateandTo Datefields. - Select theRefreshicon to show records in this database that were edited during the dates you specified.
The columns on this screen show details about the edits:
Field | Description |

Actions | Failed edit attempts are flagged in this column. Select Delete |
Edit Status | This column shows the status of the edits that were made. Possible values are Success , Processing , or Failed . |
Edited From | This column shows details about where the edit action was performed. Possible values are Imports , Returns , or Reports .

Import Name | This column provides details on the import records that were affected by the edit action. note
Imports can be listed multiple times here if multiple uploads were uploaded to a particular return and more than one import was impacted. |
Import Status | This column shows the status of the import. This field matches the Detailed Status column for the record on the Import Details page. |
Fields Edited | This column shows the fields that were edited. note
An explanation must be provided for all edits, so this column always shows that the Comments field was edited, along with any other fields that were updated. |
Allocation Spec | The values in this column are populated from the allocation specification on the import, and matches the value in the Allocation Specification field for the record on the Import Details screen. |
Edited | This column shows the count of transactions that were edited for each record. |
Error | This column shows any errors that occurred with this edit. You can select the hyperlink to open the Errors screen to view details about the errors. |
Start Job Date & Time | This shows the start date and time the job began processing. |
End Job Date & Time | This shows the end date and time the job began processing. |
Duration of Job | This shows how long the job took to complete. |
Edited Date | The date the edit was made. |
Edited By | The user that made the edit. |
Comment | This column shows the mandatory comment that the user who made the edit provided. |
Viewing Audit Errors
If there are any errors, you can select the
Error
hyperlink to open the Error page to show details.
Cancelling jobs stuck in processing
If a job has been processing for more than an hour, a cancel button will be available in the
Action
column. The cancel button is only shown when the job is stuck in processing and does not appear for jobs that have completed successfully.
