New import

Data imports let you import data extracted from your ERP or other systems into Indirect Tax Compliance and automatically populate the returns.
You can import data automatically from the ERP via API or via SFTP. This will have been configured during the original implementation.
To manually import data
  1. Select
    Transactions
    , then
    New Import
     from the menu, or
    Transactions
    ,
    Import Details
    , then
    Add
    .
  2. Complete the following fields:
    1. Import Type
      :
      1. Transactions
         - This import applies to Return and Listings data.
      2. Intrastat Arrivals
        /
        Dispatches
         - This import applies to Intrastats.
    2. Allocation Specification
      : Select the specification for your import of data from the pre-populated dropdown lists.
    3. Import Specification
      : Select the specification for your import of data from the pre-populated dropdown lists.
    4. Name
      : The import name comes pre-populated with the name of the file; however, you can modify this.
  3. Drag and drop the file into the browser or browse for the file. You can import multiple files simultaneously if all files are the same type and use the same specifications.
  4. Select
    Run
     to begin the import.
