Transactional Field Configuration and Selection

During configuration, the fields from your ERP that are available in ONESOURCE are determined for each import. For example:
  • Transactions
  • Intrastat
  • General Ledger
At this stage, the team determines which fields are available for users to view and edit; fields can also be renamed using labels.

Access to this window is controlled by user permissions and generally restricted to administrators.
  1. To open the Transactional Fields screen, select
    Configuration > Transactional Fields
     from the menu.
  2. Select an
    Import Type
    .The fields from the ERP are displayed for each type of import.
You can configure the following:
  • Field Name
     — All standard transactional fields applicable to a particular import type.
  • Display
     — When selected, the field appears in transactional grids.
  • Editable Fields
     — When selected, you can edit the field in transactional grids.
  • Label
     — Renames the field.

These fields can then be selected using
Show/Hide Columns
. The settings are saved per user and per grid.
