Accelerated Customer Content

The Accelerated Customer Content (ACC) feature in (missing or bad snippet) allows customers to map from their source data to an ACC indirect tax return, setting up the mapping from source tax code to the return box. This differs from standard content where Thomson Reuters owns the tax code mapping and customers map from their source tax code to the ONESOURCE tax code.
The returns are added per customer requests, and after an assessment to determine if the jurisdiction return is suitable for Accelerated Customer Content. Some returns are too complex, localised, or may require Authority interactions, which would be out of scope of Accelerated Customer Content .
Accelerated Customer Content supports versioning. You can work on multiple versions of the return at the same time and maintain different configurations for different template versions, then upload your data to respective returns.
Please note that certain features will not be active with ACC content. For example, not all warnings and reports are covered with ACC jurisdictions. Further information on this can be discussed with ONESOURCE team.
note
ACC content must be enabled at the database level to be able to see the following options. Please contact a member of the ONESOURCE team if you are interested in licensing ‘Lite’ content.

Accelerated Customer Content Versioning

The Accelerated Customer Content feature supports templates with specific starting and ending validity dates, which allows users to work on returns that may have differences for different reporting periods. For every template version, users can implement configurations as needed.
