Returns Export

The
Exports
 screen shows the most recent submission status for each type of return per action.
  • The
    E-filing Status
     column show the most recent submission status for each type of return per action.
  • If the
    Export File
     column shows
    Failed Validation
    ,
    Passed Validation
    , or
    Successful (E File)
     as the e-filing status, you can select the link to download the file.
  • If the
    Receipt
    column shows
    Successful (E File)
     as the e-filing status, you can select the link to download the receipt.
General E-filing Status
On the Exports Screen, there are a few generic e-filing statuses that are applied to all jurisdictions:
Status
Explanation
Passed Validation
The return has passed internal offline validation or online validation and the files are available for download using the URL
Successful (E File)
The return has been successfully filed to tax authority and the files are available for download using the URL
In Progress
The E-filing Manager application is in the progress of generating the file or communicating with the tax authority. Check the status again later.
Failed (Connection), Failed (Validation), or Failed (Authentication)
The return has not passed internal offline validation or online validation. Navigate to the
View Errors
 screen to view the details
To open the Exports screen, select
Returns
Exports
.
You can also open a return and select
Efile
Exports
 from the toolbar ribbon.
