Entity information configuration
The Digital Reporting Entity Information table lets you add the general information of a company, which forms the header structure of the actual SAF-T report.
You can use to enter general information about the company, such as:
- Entity Name
- Registration Number
- Legal Entity Name
- City, etc.
The exception is the
Entity Name
field, which has a dropdown with a list of all the entities created on the Entity Manager screen.In the system, an entity corresponds to a tax registration of the reporting entity (company’s VAT (MVA) number). This is the unique number/organization number from the tax authority and is followed by the letters “MVA”. This element is mandatory if the company is subject to VAT (MVA).
