About the DUK validator integration

Learn how the built-in DUK Validator integration works in the application. Validate your SAF-T XML, generate a signed PDF, and submit to the ANAF e-Declaration portal without switching tools.
To report SAF-T in Romania, you need a validated XML file and a digitally signed PDF. You submit both to the ANAF e-Declaration portal, which offers a free DUK Integrator tool. Use it to validate your XML, generate the PDF, and apply a digital signature.
The application includes a built-in DUK validation workflow, so you can validate XML, clear errors, and generate your PDF without switching tools or transferring files manually.

Automated validation workflow

The DUK Validator performs the following:
  • XML Validation
    : Validates your file against ANAF's official schemas and business rules.
  • PDF Generation
    : Converts the validated XML into a formatted PDF.
When the application generates the XML file, it validates it automatically against the schema. If the file passes, the application routes it through the DUK Validator to validate business rule compliance. The whole process stays in 1 place — from XML generation to PDF output.
