Transaction Drilldown

The consolidated numbers in the analysis sheets in each return display as hyperlinks so you can select each number to view a separate report of the underlying transactions.
  1. Open any return where the entity has been imported.
  2. Go to any schedule that provides a summary of imported data. For example,
Input schedule – Domestic purchases of goods (I1)
    .
  3. Select the hyperlinks on imported amounts fields.
The transaction drilldown window opens to show the underlying transactions.
  • You can group or filter the resulting transactions.
  • You can edit and defer transactions to the next period from the same place.
  • If there are warnings, you can apply a filter to the
    Warnings
column to filter the display by the specific warning.

Invoices and Credit Notes

To provide greater visibility of adjustments to invoices and credit notes, the return shows separate
Invoice
and
Credit
lines when applicable. This also applies if invoice type overrides are used in the import specification.
Amounts are aggregated in the summary section according to type.
Example
Negative amounts are treated as Invoice. Data is aggregated into a maximum of four rows per tax code, as defined below:
  • Positive value – INV
  • Negative value – INV (Adj flag ticked)
  • Negative value – CN
  • Positive value – CN (Adj flag ticked)
