Rollback a balance import
Rollback provides you with the ability to rollback an import file previously imported.
The following options are available for rollback.
Workarea level
Entity
- All Entities
- Specific Entity
Jurisdiction
- All Countries, All States (Default)
- United States, All States
- United States, Specific State
- Canada, All States
- Canada, Specific State
Entity level
Jurisdiction
- All Countries, All States (Default)
- United States, All States

Once a balance file has been imported it'll appear in the
Dashboard for Balance Import
. When entries are rolled back, the Entries Rolled Back
column of the dashboard is updated with the number of entries rolled back.
note
If the import data rolled back was previously transferred into the returns, the effect of the rollback on the returns won't be evident until you perform a transfer.
