Batch output files
The batch compliance process allows you to select several features which create output files: return print, electronic tax return files, tax return export, and tax due report.
When you include these features in a batch compliance process, the feature files are created and written to a .zip file created for each feature. Each feature output .zip file includes all entities included in the batch compliance process.
The naming convention for the batch output .zip files is BatchRetrieval_BatchName_TaxPeriod_GeneratedBatchJobNumber_Feature Type.zip.
For example, if you included return print, electronic tax return files, locator export, and tax due report in your batch process named BatchCompliance for March YYYY the following four zip files would be created:
- BatchRetrieval_BatchCompliance_YYYY-03_B####_Print.zip
- BatchRetrieval_BatchCompliance_YYYY-03_B####_EFile.zip
- BatchRetrieval_BatchCompliance_YYYY-03_B####_LocatorExport.zip
- BatchRetrieval_BatchCompliance_YYYY-03_B####_TaxDue.zip
