Errors when importing a chart

If errors occur when you import a chart, error records get stored and the rejected records can be exported. If one data element in the record can't import, then the entire record won't import.

Export error records

Go to the
Chart Import Dashboard
and select
Export Errors
from the
Actions
menu.
The error records file's a .csv file. You can correct records in this file and use it as an import file to import the rejected records. When importing corrected error records, select the Rejected Records (System Template) template.
