Access Sales and Use Tax CoCounsel

Customers can access OSU CoCounsel from the
Home/Binders
 screen:
  1. Select the
    OSU CoCounsel
     menu option.
  2. Customers will be brought to the
    Sales and Use Tax powered by CoCounsel Protocol Run Dashboard
    .
    From this dashboard, users can:
    • Filter by work area and period
    • View all protocol runs associated with the selected criteria
    • Refer to the data sources used (Balance Import and D2C Merge)
    • Review:
      • Number of tasks requiring customer attention
      • Returns
         by status:
        • Ready to File
        • Filed
    note
    Selecting a protocol run opens the
    Protocol Dashboard
    , where customers can drill into tasks, returns, and activity logs.
