Customers can open tax returns from any of the Returns tabs:

Action Required

Ready to Review

Ready to file

Filed

To open a return:

Select on the tax return hyperlink in the Return Name
column.

The system opens the OTW tax return interface.

Within OTW, customers can:

Review computed tax amounts and supporting schedules

Make adjustments as needed, following the same steps as in the OSU system

Save and close the return, then update its status (for example, Ready to file
or Filed
) via the Returns view
