D2C prerequisites and configuration

Verify that users have the required licenses and permissions for both products before setting up the merge.
Users must have licenses for both Indirect Tax Determination and Sales and Use Tax Compliance.
To verify your licenses:
  • Sign in to ONESOURCE and verify that tiles for both products appear on your dashboard.
  • Alternatively, select the
    Administration
     tile and go to the
    Products
     tab to verify your licenses.
If you need licenses or permissions, contact your organization's administrator.

Turn on D2C for your account

To turn on the
D2C Merge
 option, contact your Thomson Reuters representative. They'll turn on this feature through a backend configuration. This can be done during initial implementation or at any time afterward.
