Schedule D2C Merge

Schedule recurring monthly D2C Merges using reusable templates, with defined scope and scheduling rules.
Complete all 4 steps of the D2C Merge at least once to create a template. After you create the template, reuse it for future D2C Merges, similar to balance import templates.
Use
Tools
 to open the scheduler. Set up a recurring monthly schedule for each D2C template in a work area. The scheduler runs the D2C Merge automatically on the day you specify each month.
  • Scope of scheduled merges:
    • Only transactions dated in the previous month.
    • This applies only to entities/companies already associated with and saved in the template.
  • Scheduling rules:
    • Give only 1 schedule per
      Workarea
       and D2C template.
    • Turn schedules on or off as needed.
    • Edit the scheduled day of the month at any time.
  • Monitoring and auditing:
    • Shows scheduled merge requests on the
      D2C
       dashboard, labeled
      Merged By = osu-scheduler
      .
    • Shows the same requests on the
      PROCESSES
       dashboard, labeled
      User Name = osu-scheduler
      .
