Review the flagged transactions

Use the Review Pending feature to view transactions.
During a D2C Merge, the system may not transfer some source transactions to the Compliance journals. The D2C Dashboard flags these transactions as
Review Pending
so users can examine them.
  • Selecting the
    Review Pending
count for a merge process opens a summary of the flagged data and explains why the system flagged it.
  • Selecting
    Edit Records
for a row opens the flagged records in the
    EDIT RECORDS
    tab.
Users can also open the eye icon to view the specific reason a record was flagged.
The following table lists common merge error categories and indicates which fields users can update to resolve them.

Revalidation process

Users can revalidate saved records when records are available for review. Select Revalidate Import to update records with the latest data and to refresh the D2C Dashboard metrics. The Dashboard shows the results in the
Reviewed
count, but some records may still require additional review.

View records and edit history

Users can't edit journal records directly, but they can view them in the
ALL RECORDS
tab. Select
Total Records
on the D2C Dashboard to view. For reviewed records, open the clock icon to see the edited history.
Users can also filter the
ALL RECORDS
tab to show only reviewed records. Change from
VIEW ALL
to
VIEW REVIEWED
, or select the
Reviewed
count on the Dashboard.

Bulk edit

The
EDIT RECORDS
tab also supports bulk updates when multiple records need the same changes. Select the records, then
Edit Selected
to update values in the
Bulk Edit
screen. After saving bulk edits, users can revalidate the updated records.
