Hawaii max basis tax types

3 max basis tax types for Sales, Rental, and Services are added to support passing the maximum effective rate allowed by Hawaii to the customers.
Whether forward or backward calculating, we assume the tax collected is at the maximum effective rate. The gross provided is solely the sales price excluding tax. The computed adjusted gross amounts are in the ledger and on the tax returns and schedules.
