Suspend and reassign a user
Suspending a user removes all of the user's permissions from the system.
Reassigning a user restores the user after they've been suspended.
Suspend a user
- Go toUser Setup, and selectGlobal.
- SelectSuspend for ONESOURCE Sales and Use Tax Compliance.
- Next, selectSave. The user will no longer be able to open Sales and Use Tax Compliance. Additionally, the user's license will no longer be included in the number of licenses purchased.
Reassign a user from suspended status
- Go toUser Setup, and selectGlobal.
- Clear the selection fromSuspend for ONESOURCE Sales and Use Tax Compliance.
- SelectSave.
note
If you're not able to reassign a user from suspended status, this means that you've reached the maximum number of licenses. A message will indicate that the application was unable to authorize the user due to an insufficient number of licenses remaining.
