Build 2024.04 available for download

This build includes the implementation of the March 2024 Form W-9, enhancements to FNIS Administrator, and fixed issues.
important
We recommend installing this build as soon as possible, particularly if you need to file electronic Type 2 1042-S amendments with the IRS.
Before you begin, complete a backup of your databases. This gives you data recovery if there's any issues with your installation.
To download build 2024.04:
  1. Go to
    Tools
    ,
    Tax Navigator Software Download
    .
  2. Select
    Download Complete Software
    . 
  3. When the download completes, ensure that:
    1. All users are out of the system.
    2. Your
      User Account Control
       setting is set to
      Never Notify
      .
    3. Your workstation gets restarted for this change to take effect.
  4. Begin the installation process. The path to install is
    \download\TnSql2024-04Complete.exe
    .

After installation completes, be sure to manually run the database update function in
Tax Navigator Database Manager
,
Maintain
 before running the system to ensure all forms and databases get updated.
