Accounts

Map and publish account rollup to the financial hierarchy or chart of account

  1. Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select
    Administration
    .
  2. Select
    Company Info
    , then
    Accounts
    .
  3. Select the
    Account Rollup
     tab, then open an account rollup that has a 'Financial Hierarchy' or 'Chart of Account' mapping column status.
  4. Select one or more Financial Hierarchies or Accounts in the list.
  5. Select
    Add
     next to the account code to map the financial hierarchy or account in the Account Rollup section. The mapping is successfully mapped to an account code.
  6. Switch the
    Status
     button to green to publish the account rollup mappings.
  7. Switch the
    Status
     button again to change the status back to
    Unpublished
    .
