ONESOURCE Income Tax

ONESOURCE Income Tax now integrates with platform Entities. Administrators can create, maintain, and retire entities used across multiple ONESOURCE products, all in 1 central location.
If you want to use the Entities integration, contact your Customer Success Executive to enable this feature. Once you plan the migration, the Income Tax team will migrate your existing entities to the platform.

Migration process

All fields populated within entity properties
will transfer to the platform Entities if they pass validation during the migration. The migration won't impact any existing data in Income Tax.
note
If there is mismatched information after the migration between Income Tax and platform Entities, contact the support team at ONESOURCEIncomeTaxOnCall@thomsonreuters.com and copy MnRData-DEP-Team@thomsonreuters.com.

  1. Contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to enable Entities for your instance.

Income Tax in ONESOURCE Events

  • You can only manage entities from the platform after the migration and once Income Tax fields are available there. The updates will flow to Income Tax.
  • The latest entity with a
    Ready
status appears in the Income Tax application.

After an entity is associated with Income Tax

Once you create an entity in platform Entities and associate it with ONESOURCE Income Tax:
  • The entity permanently remains in both platform Entities and ONESOURCE Income Tax.
  • Any changes you make in Entities to the Income Tax related fields update in ONESOURCE Income Tax.
  • All fields in Entities remain the same even if you make changes in ONESOURCE Income Tax.
  • You'll need to make changes manually or through the import feature.
