Manage the new notification queue

Filter notifications by date and view process details in the
New Notifications Queue
.
  1. To filter notifications:
  2. Go to
    ONESOURCE Administration
    New Notifications Queue
    .
  3. Select the
    Filter by days
     dropdown and select one of the following options.
    1. Today — Shows processes that started on the current day.
    2. Yesterday — Shows processes that started on the previous day.
    3. Last 7 days — Shows all processes that started within the past 7 days.
    4. Custom range — Lets you specify a custom date range to view historical notifications.
  4. Select
    Refresh
     to apply the filter.
  5. Select
    Clear Filters
     to remove the filter and return to the default view.
  6. View process details:
  7. Locate the process you want to review in the
    New Notifications Queue
    .
  8. Select the
    information icon
     (where available) to view more details about the process.
  9. Select the
    download icon
     to download the output file for export-related processes.
    The download icon appears after the process completes successfully.
  10. If a process has failed, review the details view to help identify the cause before you contact Support.
