Data Query permissions

To assign permissions for ONESOURCE Data Query, select the application in the product list.
  1. Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select
    Administration
    . The screen defaults to
    Users
    .
  2. Search for a user, then go to
    Product Permissions
    .
  3. Select the client on the
    Client Assignments
     screen if
    Clients
     is enabled.
    1. Select the
      Clients with permissions
       filter to quickly see only the clients with permissions assigned to them.
    2. Select
      Next
      .
  4. Select
    Data Query
     in the product list on the left.
  5. Mark the
    Data Refresh
     checkbox in the Access Permissions section. This permission enables the user to refresh the Tax and Accounting System and Organizer data on demand.
  6. Select
    Next
     to go to
    Product Assignments
    .
