General Ledger Manager permissions

To assign permissions for ONESOURCE General Ledger Manager, select the application in the product list.

Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select Administration
. The screen defaults to

Users

.

Search for a user, then go to Product Permissions
.

Select the client on the

Client Assignments

screen if Clients
is enabled.

Select the Clients with permissions
filter to quickly see only the clients with permissions assigned to them.

Select Next
.

Select General Ledger Manager
in the product list on the left.

Mark the Read
or Edit
checkboxes in the Access Permissions section.

Select Next
to go to Product Assignments
.
