Indirect Tax Compliance permissions

To assign permissions for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Compliance, select the application in the product list.
  1. Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select
    Administration
    . The screen defaults to
    Users
    .
  2. Search for a user, then go to
    Product Permissions
    .
  3. Select the client on the
    Client Assignments
     screen if
    Clients
     is enabled.
    1. Select the
      Clients with permissions
       filter to quickly see only the clients with permissions assigned to them.
    2. Select
      Next
      .
  4. Select
    Indirect Tax Compliance
     in the product list on the left.
  5. Select
    Modules
    ,
    Entities
    , or
    Dataset
    in the
    Set Access To:
     field.
  6. Select the
    User Role
     for
    Modules
    ,
    Entities
    , or
    Dataset
    .
    1. External User
      ,
      System Administrator
      ,
      Client Administrator
      , or
      End User
      .  
  7. Select the permissions for
    Modules
    .
    1. Mark the
      Access
       checkbox to assign access to all modules, or mark each checkbox next to specific permissions.
  8. Select the permissions for
    Entities
    .
    1. Mark the
      Write
       checkbox to assign access to all modules, mark
      No Access
      , or mark each checkbox next to specific permissions.
    2. The system defaults to
      Write
       permissions if you do not make any selections.
  9. Select the permissions for
    Dataset
    .
    1. Mark the
      Access
       checkbox to assign access to all datasets, or mark each checkbox next to specific permissions.
  10. Select
    Next
     to go to
    Product Assignments
    .
