Research and Development permissions

To assign permissions for ONESOURCE Research and Development, select the application in the product list.
  1. Sign in to ONESOURCE, then select
    Administration
    . The screen defaults to
    Users
    .
  2. Search for a user, then go to
    Product Permissions
    .
  3. Select the client on the
    Client Assignments
     screen if
    Clients
     is enabled.
    1. Select the
      Clients with permissions
       filter to quickly see only the clients with permissions assigned to them.
    2. Select
      Next
      .
  4. Select
    Research and Development
     in the product list on the left.
  5. Mark the checkbox for the user's role as
    Administrator
     or
    Data Provider
    .
    1. Administrators
       have access to all records and permissions.
    2. Data Providers
       have data access only, and doesn't have access to records or pages.
  6. Mark the permissions checkboxes in the Data section for all other users. 
    1. Mark the permission checkboxes in the
      All
       column for each data type to give full permissions.
    2. Select the links in the
      Individual
       column for each data type to open the permission screen and give permissions to individual items.
  7. Mark the permission checkboxes in the Access Permissions and Surveys section.
  8. Select
    Next
     to go to
    Product Assignments
    .
